My husband and I has no children. We stay with my sister (different sir name but she's been adopted in my family since baby) and not married and above 55. We thought of selling our EA (left half of the the HDB loan ie about $210K) and let her have her own SA. My hubby and I are thinking of getting a private one. Any useful advice with the current property market situation? Thks & regards.

Morning, Since you are doing multiple transaction at the same time, you will need to understand the financial standing of all parties. How much do you need to purchase the SA and how long will it take for your sister to get the key, renovate and move into it. With that set aside, how much loan can you get for your purchase of private property and how much additional cash you will need. And depending on your unit's location and location of the unit which you might be interested in, timing will also be an important factor. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
