My hubby & I bgt a resale HDB. Im only an occupant. I want to buy a condo but can my hubby inherit his mother hdb if i buy a condo?

When did his mother purchase the HDB? Even if you do not buy the condo, your husband also cannot inherit his mother's HDB as he cannot own 2 HDBs concurrently. At least 1 has to be sold, therefore if your existing HDB has already fulfilled MOP, you will be eligible to purchase a condo if you are within a SC household, but the same requirement will apply to sell the HDB. My Answer with regards to your Question:
If your husband's mother purchased the HDB flat while she was a Singapore Citizen (SC), and if your husband currently owns an HDB flat with you, he cannot inherit his mother's HDB flat. This is because HDB flat owners are not allowed to own more than one HDB flat concurrently. At least one of the HDB flats must be sold before acquiring another residential property.
