Your son needs to be 21 years old and above to be eligible to take over. Next if the EC is still under bank loan, your son must be eligible to take over the financing of the property while refunding your husband's cpf utilized + accrued interest. Your son must be 21 years old or older to qualify for the takeover.

If there's an existing bank loan on the EC, your son needs to be eligible to manage the property's financing.

Additionally, he'll need to repay the CPF used by your husband, along with the accrued interest.
