My household income is around $13k, what are my chances of getting a BTO or EC? Does HDB consider borderline cases? I'm currently staying in a 4-room HDB flat (loan fully paid).
Much appreciate to those who answer my queries.

Afternoon,

BTO income ceiling have being capped at $10k and new EC have being capped at $12k. Is your $13k inclusive of additional allowance, OT, etc?
If that's your combined basic, you are not eligible for BTO. As for EC, you can try to appeal your case but chances are slim.
