Hi,

Unfortunately no, only 1 party is allowed to use contra facility. In your case you will have to time your sale completion one month before the purchase completion so to allow sufficient time for cpf and cash proceeds to refund and be draw down for the purchase completion.

Contra Facility Not Possible: Unfortunately, you can't use CPF funds from the sale of your current property directly towards the down payment for your new purchase (contra facility).
Solution: Timed Completion: To use your CPF funds, you'll need to time the completion dates of your transactions. Sell your current property one month before buying the new one. This gives you enough time to receive your CPF proceeds and any cash from the sale before using them for the down payment on the new property.
