Care to share what's the reason behind renewal of HLE when you are still able to purchase an unit with a valid HLE?

If you are really eager to renew it before expiry, probably can call into HDB hotline and enquire.

If there is not much of an adjustment on your income status, why would you need to reapply for the HLE? With the current HLE in hand, you can simply option and exercise the OTP immediately and submit it up the very same day. I'm sure your servicing agent will be able to provide you with the necessary assistance.
