My HLE got approved with aby 250k loan amt. I hv abt 53k CPF and 10k cash to spare. Urgently need a flat. Any 3rm flat avail with my financial situation?

Morning Farhan,

There are some units in Circuit Rd and Marsiling with $280k valuation and asking COV of $20k. Your HLE and CPF will be enough to cover the valuation, legal and stamp fee. But your cash component might be short.
