My HDB will only MOP at year end and i will like to upgrade to a condo.

Will Caspian be ready by year end? Also, my budget is 900, what will be suitable for me?

Hi Serious Buyer,

Caspian will be ready by 2012.
I have a 2-BRs, 872 sq. ft., Stack 20, High Floor, at below $900K. Is North facing, no noon sun.
