My flat at Marsiling Rise can only be sold in Apr 2011 when the 5 yrs period is up. Our intention is to sell this flat once the 5 yr period is up. Should we start viewing flats on sale now? If not when is an appropriate time to?

Hi Nick,

You can decide to start your property search after the end of this year as you will have more motivation to commit when the time comes. If you are lucky, the market pricing might swing to your favour as well.

Well, do check with me when you are about to do so. I am very familiar with woodlands estate.
