my fiancee turns 35 this year March, can he proceed to purchase a flat first under single scheme since we’re not married yet? And can he get married (in jun) during the purchase period?

    I have a hdb under my name. Which means, i do not have to sell it right if my fiance getting under single scheme? And roughly how long will the process take?
