My fiancee previously owned a HDB flat and she sold it after MOP. Now we are applying for a new flat and she is the 2nd applicant. Do i have to tick yes for this question? Thank you

You may wish to direct this question to HDB instead. From my understanding, this question is more likely to target your existing partner if you are purchasing under family scheme.
