You only need to produce the marriage certificate within 3 months upon sales completion. Not immediate.
1) However, you shall starts your search because there are many things to consider when come to buying, such as location, finance, conditions etc.
2) The whole process of searching can takes up to as long as 3 months.
3) The whole process of the administrative is 8~12 weeks upon approval of purchase from HDB.
4) All in all, it may takes up to as long as 6 months without putting in the consideration of renovation, or even shortest of 3~4 months.
