My fiance has a condo under his name with his mum. Hence, he cannot buy a HDB flat with me. Can I buy a resale HDB as a single but with cpf contribution from my fiance's account?

Hi,

Its not possible as both of you are legally married soon' and both need to be owners of the resale HDB to be eligible to apply. Thus, thereafter he has to either sell the condo or remove his name from the ownership, within 6 months of getting resale HDB. Thanks and hope to assist further.
