My fiance and me are getting married next year. So we are planning to get a 3 room flat however we were thinking about getting an exec maisonette as we fall in love with a house that we saw. So need advise.

The price between a 3room flat and EM is quite big, so you need to work out the finance part. I will be able to help you on that. Furthermore, it is better to get the approval-in-principle from bank first. I can help you on this as well.
