Hi Khalid, Technically I believe that it will only be feasible to look at the older 4rm flats in Bedok North area. Avenue 2 should be somewhere closer to the bus interchange and with the recent opening of Bedok Mall, I think it is a wise choice to stay in Bedok near parents. However, you will be able to get a 4 room below $450k at Blk 5XX series, those at Blk 4XX series are likely to be close to $500k. If your main concern is getting the grant. You may want to consider the 4 room at Chai Chee, it will be within your budget, not really too far away from your wife parent and can get the grant too.
