My Fiancé and I are planning to tie the knot in Mar 2010. We would like to get a 4rm flat before we get married. Our combine salary is less than 5k and we are looking for resale flat that preferably has NO COV. We are looking for a place in any of these areas: Bt. Panjang, CCK, Woodlands, Sembawang or Yishun. Please advice. We have out HLE ready.

Hi, are the both of u Sporean? Can give me your contact no so that I can arrange something for u to see, Currently most of the flats are mainly above COV but however there are some of them asking minimum cash..... those are the ones away from the MRT... There maybe a minority looking ar value.

Yes we r both singaporeans... how much does minimum cash mean? we do not mind if it is away from MRT as long as there is reasonable transport services to get to the MRT.
Hi,

If you are able to get the house now, the earliest HDB completion should be around March/April 2010.. This does not include the renovation period.

Getting a flat @ NO COV is very unlikely at this present market but should the house is renovated and move-in, will you consider to pay above COV for it?

What is your HLE approved Loan amount?

Hi,

In today's market, you need to pay some COV to get a reasonable condition flat. Why don't you look at it this way? By paying some COV to get a move-in condition flat, you need not do any major renovation, and you can move in faster. Especially now time is critical for you since you are getting married in March 2010.
