My family recently relocated from Australia and we are unfamiliar with Singapore property market. We're interested in purchasing a 3BR unit at Regent Heights (or similar condo in west area). Max budget around $850K. Could anyone advise re:

1) Quality of Regent Heights as a property investment?

2) Are there good units in the budget range for sale that are worth looking at?

3) Are there similar price/quality condo units in the west area (close to MRT) that might be worth considering?
