My family live in Bedok Road. One of my children,going to be 35 in May 2015, intends to buy a 5-room HDB resale flat in the east-Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris.She wishes to buy under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme. Is it too early to start looking for a flat now? Or immediately after 35? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, your daughter could starts to view units 1 or 2 months before her actual birthday. As it will take some time for her to find her dream home. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Good morning,

It will be too early to start viewing from now onwards since she can't purchase under single singaporean scheme yet. Probably up to 1 month before she turns 35 years old will be good enough.
