My ex and myself own a HDB resale flat before and we ever took a HDB housing grant and now we are divorced.My daughter sole custody is under my name, Do i need to wait for 5 yrs to apply for HDB flat?

Evening Erica,

To purchase for resale flat without grant, you can do it anytime.
But to purchase another new HDB, you do have to wait for 5 years. However, you can try to write into HDB and appeal for the case, provided that your ex-husband agree not apply for HDB unit, within the same period of time.
