Good afternoon,

You can do so if you never enjoyed CPF housing grant for your current HDB and the TOP date of 2nd property is after your MOP date. If not, I am afraid you have to fulfill your MOP first before you can do so.

Hi,

You can apply for EC with TOP after your MOP dec 2016 , if you didn't take any CPF grant for your current place. Otherwise you can only apply after dec 2016. Thanks and hope to assist further.
