There are several factors to affect the speed of take up rate for your rental available.

1) Expected rental
2) Availability of current tenants to show potential tenants
3) Current conditions of your unit will also affect pote tial tenants decision therefore unit must be kept and cleaned before viewing to the best extent possible.
