1) Your intention is to buy an HDB 2-rm with 99 yrs lease or the Flexi lease (30~45 yrs)?
2) Buying the 2-rm with 99 yrs lease is the same as other flat types that you could have heard so far.
3) If it comes to a 2-rm Flexi lease (30~45 yrs), you will have to meet the following:
(a) At least 55 yrs old to be eligible to apply.
(b) If applying with a spouse, both must reach 55 yrs old before eligible to apply.
(c) The sum of lease chosen and the age of the youngest applicant must be at least 95.
(d) There are no loans available for a flexi-lease 2-rm HDB flat. You have to pay full in cash and/or CPF.
(e) You have to dispose of all private property both locally or overseas within 6 months from the date of key collection.
(f) Income ceiling is $14,000
