My buyer agent said he wants to help me submit request for valuation. I have concern, is he able to see valuation report when it’s out? because the seller agent is his friend, he may share the result with seller agent later.

Hi,

1) Valuation report only will be sent to you via the MYHDB portal.
2) You are the only one who can see the valuation result.
3) So unless you tell your agent the result, the agent is not able to know what is the valuation result.

Only the Buyer will be able to access the Valuation via the HDB Resale Portal using SingPass.
