My boyfriend and i want to buy a private apartment (first time buyer). I have some questions and hope some experienced and genuine agents can help answer.

- I am under the impression that a new launch would be cheaper than buying a resale apt BECAUSE its being sold by the developer. Is this correct?

- what are the advantages and disadvantages of buying a new or resale apartment

- I notice some newly launched apts already being resold. How is that possible?

- We are renting at the moment and our lease runs out in September. IF we find a good new launch that is ready this year, we will consider purchasing.

Where can i find a list of new apts that are ready for move in now or sept/october this year. i looked up the internet but so many of those will only be ready in a few years.

Hi,

Most of the launches are Toped 3-4years from now. I do have some good suggestions for both.

Buying direct from developer most of the time is indeed cheapers and depends on how you look at it.

However as the market moves, the project launches will be revised to close to the market price. Therefore you are not really getting such a good price afterall.

There are developers who launches project near or already TOP, however most such projects are small developments or apartments with minium facilities.

It is not easy to just write here, best we can talk over the phone first. I have listings also that can recommend you which are resaonably priced.
