you can purchase a BTO/ resale HDB with your bf under fiance/ fiancee scheme but you must produce marriage certificate within 6 months after keys collections.
Then you must fulfill 5 years minimum occupation period before able to purchase private property (be it in singapore or overseas).
If he is holding on to any properties in Msia, he has to dispose them within 6 months from keys collection.
If you choose to purchase a private property with your bf in SG, you will be well eligible to purchase a property in Msia or keep existing overseas properties.
