Hi Madam,

If you have taken up the lease buyback scheme, my understanding is you can no longer sell the flat in the open market. So we will have to work out the finances properly to ensure you are able to afford the next flat since you no longer have sales proceeds to utilize for the funding of next flat.

And yes you will need the HFE letter approved first before you can buy the next flat. Have you started to apply for it?
