Evening,

When you purchased your unit, you should be aware of the age of the particular unit. If you are looking to passing your unit down to your children or even grandchildren, you might have to move away from HDB and purchase freehold or 999 leasehold property. Furthermore, in the current context, almost no property would live a ripe age of more than 80 before they are enbloc for better developments.
