me & my husband income is $2,000 per month, can we buy hdb (3 rooms + 1 living room)? how much did we need to pay for it if we need to purchase?

Afternoon Elyn,

With $2k income, it would be quite tough to finance your loan unless you have quite a sum of CPF monies.
Depending on which estate you are looking at, 4S unit at Yishun will cost around $370k to $385k.

my CPF only have $7k plus as i just get my PR in 2008, how much did we need to have to purchase a hdb?
