Hi Mrs Ratna, To be eligible to purchase public housing, you and your husband must be at least 3 years as SPR. For private housing, there is no such restriction. The more important consideration is financial eligibility for the desired housing option your family intend to get, therefore speaking to the banker to determine this aspect should be the first and foremost procedure you should undertake.
