Me & my fiance are interested to get a NEW 3 bedrm pte property near mrt in AMK/ Hg/ Sgoon area . He currently owns a 3 rm resale hdb flat, so we can still wait for a good buy:) However we are unsure what would be a comfortable price range assuming we intend to take up to 80% loan. Our combined income is about $8.5k. We are in our late 30s. Thanks!

Hi Suze,

I have currently a unit at "The Acacias" for sales. This property is Freehold, near to Serangoon MRT and there will also be a Mega Shopping Mall at Serangoon coming up by end of the year.

Best is that this is a new property, TOP coming end March 2009. Is a 2 BRs + 1 Study, 1098 sq. ft, ground floor with huge patio.
