Me and my wife both SC own a 5rm HDB house with no outstanding loan. The house was bought new from HDB (first timer)12 year ago. Now we decided to buy a new EC and sell our current HDB within 6 months TOP of the new EC. On top of the BSD, down payment and lawyer fee, do we need to prepare upfront cash of 7% ABSD with the current cooling measures CM7.
