Hi,

1) First of all there is no household income ceiling set for buying a resale HDB flat.
2) You are already at the stage of submission of the resale application meaning that the bank has issued LOO (Letter Of Offer) for the loan you need.
3) Your change of job at this point of time does not affect your eligibility to buy the flat. Thus there is no requirement to do anything.
4) Those we advised to update the HDB on the recent changes in their job are those who are taking the HDB loan and applying for the housing grant because there is an income ceiling to be eligible for them.
5) Now, you just need to wait for the endorsement and approval from the HDB and pay all necessary payments.
6) Get in touch with your lawyer to understand the timeline for all the payments.
