Me and my husband have high CPF, more than 100,000 $ in Ordinary Account. But we are low in cash. Our combined monthly CPF contribution is more than 2K.
Is it possible to buy house with around 10 K cash in hand and max 15K?

Hi Mdm,

With your current portfolio, it definitely looks feasible to purchase a house. Of course ultimately we will need to go into more details of where exactly are you looking at and your other requirements as well. Another thing to take note will be your CPF contribution, you mentioned both your hubby and yourself have CPF contribution of more than $2K monthly but is that the whole CPF contribution or is that the amount going into your OA account?

Maybe we can meet up for a discussion and no worries as there are no obligations at all. I can then discuss further on your purchase requirements.

In my portfolio, I have served quite a number of clients which includes buyers as well of course. Many of my clients, now friends, have left testimonials for me over time and you may take a look at my testimonials on my website, www.jeffreyheng.com. Hopefully from there you can catch a glimpse of how I serve my clients. Haha.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

Me and my husband are PR. I got PR since 2008 and my husband got it in 2003. CPF contribution to ordinary Account only is 1900+ together. Not each of us. I do not have particular location in mind. It's only subjected to affordability.
Afternoon Ms. Myint,

In order to answer your enquire accurately, I will need to know what type of housing are you looking at, preferred location and size of housing, how much loan are you eligible for and repayment period.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
