Morning Mrs Xin, First of all, have both of you fulfill SPR status of 3 years respectively? If not, both of you won't be eligible to purchase a resale HDB. If yes, cash components will be 5% cash downpayment, COV, stamp duty (buyer's stamp duty, additional buyer's stamp duty, mortgage's stamp duty), valuation report, resale submission fee, agent's fee and other misc fees.
