Me and my Fiancé are first timer and find current waiting time for BTO is too long, so we are thinking of finding resale flat near his parents in Eunos. Hopefully COV not more that 20K. Possible to find?

Afternoon,

Eunos is quite a big area to look at. Euros crescent, Ubi, Haig Road are well within Eunos area. It also depend on the size of the unit that you are looking at, coupled with condition of the unit.
