If your seller is requesting to push back the completion date beyond the validity period, you should check directly with your bank or broker.

In most cases, if it lapses, the bank can re-issue or extend it, but this may be subject to a fresh credit assessment and prevailing interest rates (which could change).

If your completion date is shifting, best to:
1. Inform your banker immediately.
2. Request for an extension or revalidation of the LO.
