Afternoon,

The payout requirement is not the same for SPR and SC buyer. ABSD is payable for SPR. They can only take bank loan hence down payment of 20% is required. SPR buyers will also need to engage private lawyers where the cost are higher.
SC buyers will be eligible for housing grant, subjected to their income status and whether they have bought a subsidized unit prior. They are also eligible for HDB loan where the down payment is 10% instead.

Good evening buyer,

I will strongly advise you to apply for HLE (HDB loan) to find out how much loan can you obtain before proceeding further if you dont plan to use much cash.

Interest rate for bank loan comparably lower than HDB loan's 2.6% but the downpayment will be 20% instead of HDB's 10%.

By the way, as you are SC/ SPR household you will only be eligible for $20k housing grant as of now.
