Hi Mr. Wong,

There are many benefits in appointing your sole agent than letting 10 agents selling for you.

Many sellers have the wrong concept thinking that by letting more agents to sell their house, there will be more buyers, and then can choose the higher offer. This is not true because the pie (buyers) remains the same and all agents are using the same means of looking for listing.

Every house can sell and I don't believe your house is not moving. It might be because the agents know you are letting 10 agents to sell, and none will be focusing on helping you to market your unit.

With a sole agent, the agent will put more attention on your unit. I believe your unit will move with an exclusive agent. Let me know if you need my help.
