We are planning to sell our current flat but there is still a lot of furniture of my parents have collected over the years. We want to keep it since this is preciuos.
Question : If the buyer doesn't want them , do sellers (me) normally arrange for everything to be removed before handover ? or can both parties agree for certain furniture to remain in wrting or a contract if needed ?
