Keep getting whatsapp from agents/buyers asking if I want to sell my house, usually saying they can pay cash and no seller fees. Never really considered these offers before, but starting to wonder if they’re actually worth looking at or usually just lowball offers.

Hi,

1) This is a common tactics used by one agency in Singapore, which I do not wish to mention their name.
2) There are nothing free in Singapore anyway. Everyone is trying to meet the end by getting a fees from someone.
3) It could be true if they managed to get commission from the buyer instead of the seller.
4) But, if the buyer does not wish to pay them commission and want to buy your unit. The agent turn around to ask commission from you, would you decline the offer by turning the agent down?
