May I ( 53 years old) to buy a 2 room BTO flat with my 5 years old daughter? Because my wife is not a Singaporean but both of us have register merry at ROM Singapore... can I buy a 2 room BTO flat? Thanks

Hi,

1) You are eligible to apply for 2-rm BTO with your spouse under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.
2) Your daughter shall be an occupier.
3) As long as this is your first application for BTO/SBF.
