Asked by
Married spouse currently waiting for first BTO keys. We have signed OTP and agreement of lease form. Have paid 5% down-payment. Not taking loan will be paying full in cash. Both of us are co-owners of the flat.

Question: Can I change from co-owner to occupier? The purpose is to free up my name to buy private property after the 5 year mop without incurring absd. Any advise greatly appreciated!
