Looking to buy condo/apartment.
Budget about 1mill
Location: near greenery (no north please!)
Do not mind ground floor unit as we have a dog
Do not mind older project as new projects tends to be smaller
Preferably at least 1000sq ft
Move in only next year as we have remaining lease for our rental condo
Please suggest possible location or projects

    We currently live in Central area (Tanglin) and not familiar with the rest of the location. We like our current place as it is near Alexandra canal but it is out of our budget to buy. Our current lease is till next year August.
    We do not want north,pungol or Pasir ris. We are open to any other location as long as it is within our mentioned budget and near to greeneries. Would be better if accessible to CBD. Does not necessarily have to be close to MRT if there is bus to town.
    Looking at the listing on property guru, there aren't many options for us. We like Bukit Timah, MacPherson area but we don't know if there is anything within our budget. We just started to look around.

Based on your requirements and indicated price range, there are many good choices for you. One possible location for your future home would be the Hillview region. The area is conveniently and well connected downtown and city are with numerous bus services. The up and coming MRT station will not only means more connivence but also higher value appreciation in the near future. The Downtown line serving Hillview area will be ready by 2016.

There are a few developments/projects in that area for you to choose from. The units are also of good size, >1,000sqft. Even better, this estate is located just to the greens and parks.

Also, I would like to let you be aware that the whole transfer process from the initial deposit to the final collection/transfer of keys will talk 10 weeks to 12 weeks. Thus the final completion will fall nicely on the beginning of 2015.
