If you're looking for units that are North-facing, with full unblocked views towards the bungalow enclave, you can only look at Blk 18A and 18B. And these 2 blocks, there are no 5RM units, only 3RM and 4RM units. 5Rm units can be found in Blk 18C and 18D, are likely to transact above $1m if the floor level is mid-high.
