Looking @ KOVAN RESIDENCES, LIKE TO FIND OUT ON HOW MUCH DOES THE MAINTAINENCE FEE COST? AS WELL AS HOW MANY CARPARK LOT? GOT AN OFFER OF $838000 FOR A LOW FLOOR, IS IT OVER-PRICE? WILL THE PRICE DROP FURTHER?

Hi Jay,

Total Carpark Lots: 521 non-designated lots, 5 handicapped lots & 3 wash bays.
Estimated maintenance is around $240 to $520.

I doubt the price will drop due to its good location.
