Hi, are you referring to new project? A rough guide would be between 1.3m to 1.4m. Would you like to consider Sims Urban Oasis which is just 5 mins walk to Aljunied mrt? Hi,

Dual key is a relatively new concept with the first few projects with such units only from 2008 onwards, hence not many older projects in the east have that and they are mostly newer ones. You can consider Coco Palms at Pasir Ris Grove, Santorini at Tamp Ave 10 or Glades at Tanah Merah. Psf ranges from 1k to 1.4k, depending on which location, floor and facing..Thanks and may I understand your plans are to? Hope to hear your requirements and value-add to your housing plans further.

You can check with me for the latest real-time pricings of choice units; offhand, I can tell you Vue 8 & The Glades only has 4-bedroom dual-key units, so leave them out if you're strictly looking at 3-bedroom units.

At The Santorini, 3-bedroom dual-key units are going for about $1.1M - $1.3M. In Coco Palms, there are only 2 3-bedroom dual-key units left at less than $1.3M.
