Looking for own stay freehold condo, proximity to park &/or water views, high floor, no morning/afternoon sun, size 1200 sq ft (minimum). No particular preference on location but probity to MRT. Budget $2m (maximum). Can consider secondary market properties but must be well maintained with average 100-200 units in project.

Mr Teo,

Would you consider a freehold penthouse in The Heliconia 2153sqf with 3 bedrooms. Very comfortable liveable space as the outdoor balcony space and roof terrace is not big. OCBC bank indicative gotten was $2.1m.

Would you consider a 3 Bedroom penthouse( 1227 sq ft) at Forte Suites, a brand new launch. It is Freehold and is near Ferrer park as well as Novena MRT. The price is about 1.8-1.9m.
