The cheapest unit advertised currently is for a unit at $538k. The next will be $540k. Is this something you are comfortable with in terms of price range?

Tampines Central 7 (6 years) is ideal as it is the closest you can get to Tampines MRT (walking distance) amongst the 4 room resale with more than 90 years lease. There are no new BTO being built in Tampines before 2014 thus the lack of supply of newer resale flat in Tampines especially near the MRT is understandable. I have experience selling a DBSS unit at Centrale 8 (opposite Tampines Central 7) recently. In addition, I am also well experienced in serving buyers buying a resale at Tampines and am well au-fait with the whole Tampines area. The way I work is that I will filter out all the houses on the market that meets your budget and requirement. From there we will go to as much viewings as possibe in order for you to have more choices and chances of seciring a good deal. With a budget of more than $500k, it is more than enough for you to secure a resale flat at Tampines Central 7 area.
