Looking for an inter-terraced house in D15 or D14(but only around Kembangan MRT). 1.8M max. not looking for a rebuild... So should be move in condition with minimal work.54 Bowmont Gdn is an example of what I am looking for.

do you like Terraced house in Chapel road? 1335 sqft land with 3 beds/2baths. good maintanance and move in condition.

    We have seen this 'terraced' house on the market for nearly 9 months. It's over priced. Owner asking way too high. Not a real terraced house. It will be a property difficult to sell in the long run... Not a good investment.
