Looking for an agent who does in depth homework on the Singapore private non-landed property market: in the recent news on new launch properties that are impacted by QC rules and ABSD remission claw-back.
I'm looking to purchase a property and would like to know the majority of the 700 units affected by QC rules this year and the 6000 units that will be hit by ABSD remission clawback in 2017-2018. I'd be grateful if you can provide me with a table showing a list of all such developments, number of unsold units, TOP date, land acquisition date, location, size, psf and asking prices.
